3. Client-Side Mechanics and File Integrity
SignEase operates client-side inside your browser. Because we do not upload, scan, review, or store your documents:
- We cannot retrieve signed documents for you. You must download and save your documents.
- We hold no responsibility for files lost due to system crashes, power failures, or browser crashes during editing.
- You are solely responsible for verifying the visual placement and correctness of signatures, initials, dates, and text on your finalized PDF before sending it to signees.
4. No Legal Advice Disclaimer
SignEase provides an electronic signature software tool. The information provided throughout the website, including blog articles and legal templates, does not constitute official legal advice. Using SignEase does not create an attorney-client relationship.
